DAMAGE ISSUES:
If a product arrives
damaged, Light Therapy Online will replace the product at no cost
to the customer. Please fill out the damage claim form
by clicking on “Damage Claim�? under Customer Service at the Light Therapy
Online website. Within
48 business hours you will receive a response with detailed information on
how the damage issue will be resolved. You have 7 days
from receipt of product to file a damage claim. Please
file all claims as soon as possible and make sure you keep all packaging
material.
RETURNING PRODUCTS
All returns must be pre-approved by our return department and returned within the return policy guidelines in the original packaging. The assigned RMA number must be printed clearly on the package. Merchandise must be received undamaged. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure the package contents and use a traceable carrier. To obtain an RMA number, go to the website and click on “Returns�? under Customer Service on the menu bar. You will receive a response within 48 business hours with detailed information regarding the return. Items purchased using in-house credit may not be returned for a refund.
NOTE: On all 96" lamp products, Special orders or International orders (this includes anywhere outside the 50 U.S. states— Canada, Puerto Rico, etc.) We do not allow returns on these orders. You cannot return damaged products for a refund. Damaged items will be replaced. If there is a warranty claim on these items we only offer an in-house credit or refund. If you want products replaced, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to reship product.

Task Lamps & Light Therapy Products:
These items must be returned within 60 days of original purchase. We will give a 100% money back less shipping and handling. Items purchased using in-house credit may not be returned.
WARRANTY CLAIMS & RETURNS:
Warranty claims within 60 days from the invoice date are handled at no cost to the customer. After 60 days we must receive all warranted products and or parts shipped pre-paid by the customer. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure the package contents and return it in the original packaging. Our warranty covers any defects with exception to structural damage and use of the product for any purpose other than its intended use. Please note product brochures and web site specifications for specific use of these products. Warranty items are not returnable for credit, but will be replaced or repaired at the supplier’s option. If an item is replaced, the product is still under warranty from the original invoice date and not the replacement date. Please make your claim online by clicking on “Warranty Claims�?
